The certification program is available exclusively to IMA members. The certification process consists of a 25 multiple choice questions and seven essay answers inquiring business marketers’ knowledge in various sectors of Internet marketing including social media, website analytics, search engine optimization, current business marketing strategies and contemporary issues including privacy and ethics.
The cost of the Certified Internet Marketer exam is $195.00, while membership still stands at no cost. Upon passing and completion, CIMs will receive a framed certificate in addition to the unique resources for comprehensive, timely information and perspectives along with the resources, tools and connections in the marketing community.
